Dinner At Tara Nicole’s House

Okay, so here's the deal.  I can cook.  I really can.  But sometimes, I really just want to take the "Easy Out" and make a simple meal.  Like, really simple.  So tonight, I made the simplest thing I can think of...Fried Spam sandwiches! Yum!

If you've never had them before, do not judge me!  They really aren't that bad.  You start out with one can of spam, cheese, bread and mayo and viola, there's dinner!

You fry up the spam in the frying pan, toast the bread, add cheese and mayo and you've basically got all of the food groups.  Basically.  You would totally be amazed at the flavor as well.  It's like a bacon sandwich.  Who doesn't love bacon after all?
