Okay, so I'll give it to you straight in regards to my working out and getting healthy.  It's not going so hot.  Imagine that.

It's really really not going very well.  Three weeks ago I managed to walk on my treadmill two days in a row for a total of 4 miles.  Then, I blew it off for a week.  I blamed everything and one but me for not working out.  I also ate like I normally do,which isn't really that bad.  But I don't eat like I should either.

So last week I went with a fellow DJ, Dave(or better known as Harv) to the BAC to play racquetball and I almost killed myself. We played for about an hour and a half and I thought my arms were going to fall off!  I knew that in two day's time, I was going to be a hurting unit.

I was right.  I was so sore, I stayed on ibuprofen for 3 days afterwards and I have to admit.  I am still sore a week later.  What a wimp right?  Out of shape? Yes! To all of it.  Which means...I have to go back..and soon too.  Otherwise the painful memory of the last time, will over take my wimpy brain and body and I'll never go back.

Help!  What can I do to make this easier?  Or less painful?  I really hate working out and I really need to.  Any tips on how to make this better will be much appreciated!
