quality of the weather on a scale of 1 to 5

DIVIDED BY 2

equals bags of candy you need to buy


 

Of course I did it for my neighborhood! 200 (kids) / 36 (servings per bag) X 3 + 3 / 2 =
9 bags of candy!! I don't have any other way to figure it out so I'm trusting this genius equation!
