"Who?"

That was Jay-Z's response when asked if he buried the hatchet with legendary method actor Robert De Niro. Ice cold, Iceberg!

The tiff stems from an incident back in November.

Jigga approached De Niro at Leonardo DiCaprio's birthday party to say hello, and the 'Taxi Driver' star was angry that Jay, a fellow TriBeCa resident, supposedly ignored his calls about recording a track for the TriBeCa Film Festival. A spy at the time said, "He told Jay that if somebody calls you six times, you call them back. It doesn't matter who you are, that is just rude."

The two New Yorkers still haven't made up. In an interview with Power 105.1, Hov explained, "I treat people based on who they are -- who they really are."

Burn!

"Not the name," he continued. "Not 'Robert DeNiro.' The person. It doesn't matter who you are, everybody has to be respectful. Everybody has to be a human being."

"We're all human beings," he reiterated. "No one's above ... we have to treat everybody with respect."
