Jennifer Lopez refuses to address her rumored romance with Drake during an appearance on The Ellen Show on Tuesday (February 21).

"Who did you spent Valentine's Night with?" host Ellen DeGeneres asks the singer during their interview, pulling up a photo of the Canadian rapper. "Was it this guy?"

"No, he's off on tour right now," Lopez answers, laughing. "We did a song together if that's what you're asking."

"I'm just asking if you're songwriting, is that how you write a song?" DeGeneres tries again, revealing a snapshot of Lopez laying in Drake's lap.

"We were not writing a song right at that moment! We were just hanging out," the performer insists, adding, "Actually he sent me a song that he wanted me to be on, and then I got on the song, and yeah, we have a song together."

During their chat, Lopez also opens up about her apparent affinity for dating younger men, shutting down the way the media has shamed her for her relationships.

"First of all, stop! I don't date younger men," she says. "I don't think men have to be younger. It's not about that. I just meet people, and if I go out with them, I go out with them, And if I like them, I like them, and if I don't, I don't. It's about the person, you know what I mean? It's about who they are. It has nothing to do with age!"

Lopez adds that it all started when she dated her backup dancer Casper Smart in 2011.

"There's this thing, because I dated Beau [Smart], and he was younger, and he was the first guy I ever dated who was younger than me, but then I got labeled [as a cougar] right away," the pop star shares.

"For me, it isn't [about age]," she continues. "If they're older, they're older. If they're younger, they're younger. It depends on whether or not I'm attracted to their spirit, their soul, their energy."
