It's less than a month before Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' premieres on ABC on September 24, but that hasn't stopped ABC from going behind the scenes with the new 'Avengers'-adjacent series' cast to preview the action. The latest featurette puts the whole cast together to preview new footage and show off the strange new dynamic between the ragtag team led by Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg), and the Marvel movies at large!

The new behind-the-scenes featurette for Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' puts the whole cast together to tease both the pilot and beyond, specifically main character dynamics. Brett Dalton offers that his character Agent Grant Ward has the most in common with Ming-Na's Melinda May, and potentially a bit of superhero envy himself! Meanwhile, Agents Leo Fitz (Iain de Caestecker) and Gemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) seem quite well matched, meaning in Whedon-language that horrible death seems undoubtedly imminent.

While we await the September 24 premiere, we know that Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ features a cast that Chloe Bennet as hacker Skye, while both ‘Ghost Whisperer’ vet David Conrad and ‘Luck‘ star Ian Hart have been added for recurring parts, though details remain light on their scientist roles. Samuel L. Jackson previously stated that he expected to be involved with the show in some small capacity, while Tom Hiddleston and Sam Rockwell are game to reprise their Marvel Cinematic Universe roles of Loki and Justin Hammer respectively, something we’ve analyzed the likelihood of in depth.

Keep the countdown for 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' going in the new feature above, and tell us what you want to see from Marvel's first live-action series in the comments!
