Hello, Raechyl Case here and I am excited to say that I am interning with Townsquare Media for spring semester of 2018. I am a true Pacific Northwest girl, born and raised in Vancouver Washington. At the age of 18 I decided to take a huge step out of my comfort zone and move 1,000 miles away from my family to attend Montana State University- Billings. My MSUB experience has been quite a journey, starting in Business Management  to Early Childhood Education to finally the winner, Mass Communications. I am happy to say that after 4 1/2 years and three different fields of study, I will finally be graduating with a Degree in Communications in May, 2018.

When I am not interning or at school, I love to hangout with friends and family (but who doesn't) typical answer, I know, but it's the truth! I would definitely consider myself to be a homebody. Don't get me wrong, I love to go out on the weekends with friends and have a good time, but nothing beats lounging on the couch with a good movie knowing I won't be hungover in the morning. Like most 22 year olds my age, I am stuck between "live life, you're young" and "it's time to start adulting". I am torn because part of me wants to graduate and then spend the whole summer traveling abroad while I'm "still young" and the other half of me wants to graduate and hit the ground running with a career and start building my life for the future

Your early 20's are a stressful time because you feel like you have to have everything figured out, when in fact none of us really knows what we're doing. The question "what do you want to do with your life?" is probably the most terrifying question out there because honestly, I really don't quite know yet. However, what I do know is that I am ecstatic to be a temporary part of Townsquare Media and look forward to learning from the awesome group of people that make Townsquare Media what it is. I look forward to being pushed outside of my comfort zone and can't wait to see how much I'll grow in the next 3 months.
