Get ready to freak, Lovatics and Jonas Brothers fans -- Nick Jonas is the musical and creative director for Demi Lovato's Neon Lights Tour.

"I'm overseeing video content, wardrobe, lighting and staging," the former Jo Bro member (and longtime friend of the singer's) told Rolling Stone. "And then I'm extending into the musical side of things, which includes creating the arrangements for the songs. I'm building what Demi wanted, which is a show without stops and starts."

Jonas began working with Lovato around the time when the Jonas Brothers went their separate ways, and it sounds like he's thriving in his new role.

"I was immediately excited when I was offered the position," he told the magazine. "The relationship that Demi and I had over eight years really gives me the insight into how to best communicate with her and her team."

Though he says he won't be at every show on the tour, Jonas is in charge of getting the tour off the ground and running and tells the mag that he'll pop in "every few weeks."

Meanwhile, he is in the process of working on his own solo career, while his brother Joe Jonas is doing the same. Kevin Jonas, of course, just welcomed his first child -- a baby girl -- with his wife, Danielle.

Lovato has long been hyping up her fans for the Neon Lights Tour, giving constant updates and sharing her excitement all across social media. And with the announcement of Jonas' involvement, there's no doubt that the tour (which kicks off in Vancouver on Feb. 9) will be insane.
