One Big Sky Center – Good For Billings?

The pic above shows my current view looking out the Kiss FM studios. It's a little hazy, so today isn't the best day to show it off, but I'm just thinking about how different it will look in 2019 if the proposed One Big Sky Center comes to be.

This thing looks amazing on paper and I truly hope it adds something positive to our city. There is a lot of potential for new jobs, retail outlets, conventions, etc. that we might not otherwise get.

There is part of me that wonders if it's a bit "too cool for the room" though. Do you think this is a good thing for the city, or is it just too much for our population to support (remember the 12th Planet?)
