As you may have heard, on Wednesday night before his performance at the Shrine Auditorium, R&B artist Jeremih and his entourage visited Fuddruckers on the West End and, according to restaurant employee Alexandra Ellingson, they caused a disturbance. Reports are that a Fuddruckers manager asked the group to step aside so other customers could be served. At that point Ellingson said the group refused to move, shouted at Fuddruckers managers, threw bottles at them covering two with beer and destroyed an order menu.

Witnesses called police who took two hours to respond and an investigation is ongoing. So far there have been no arrests.

In America you're innocent until proven guilty and Jeremih and his entourage should receive due process in this matter but this radio station is not a court of law. With so many witnesses to their actions (whether committed by Jeremih himself or those representing him) we feel it's our responsibility to support our businesses partners and our community and as a result have dropped all of Jeremih's music from PopCrush 97.1. We will continue not to play any of his music until such time as he issues a full public apology to Fuddruckers and pays for the damages he or his entourage may have caused OR the Billings Police Department issues a statement exonerating the group.

On a side note... Fuddruckers... a family restaurant... really? You get no street cred for that. You couldn't trash a night club or a high end hotel room somewhere far away from here like Vegas? They're used to punks. Thankfully they didn't rob them at gunpoint and demand all of their Fudd Bucks. Then they would have had to have been thrown in the "patty" wagon and Billings would be crawling with feds for messing with Billings most common form of currency. Last thing we need is a visit from the FBBBI. That's the Federal Bureau of Burger Bucks Investigation. I might even be in trouble for publishing a picture of USDA legal tender online. You're welcome.
