We know that Rihanna's Instagram account is used for many things, including provocative nude photos and pictures that make us jealous we're not Rihanna, but it never had its powers used for good. Until now.

RiRi was in Thailand meeting the wildlife last week, which included elephants and even an adorable slow loris, when she decided to take a selfie with the primate which she posted to Instagram.

The snap, which helped lead to the arrest of two locals -- a 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man -- was captioned, "Look who was talkin dirty to me! #Thailand #nightlife."

So why exactly were the two men taken into custody? In Thailand, the slow loris is a protected species and definitely isn't meant to be used for selfie purposes.

According to the Associated Press (via Gawker), "Phuket authorities were alerted to the picture [and] police arrested the two individuals who brought out the loris as a photo opportunity for tourists."

The individuals involved face up to four years in prison and a $1,300 fine.

No word on what became of the slow loris and whether or not we can still head over to Thailand to hug it.
