If your New Year’s resolution to quit tobacco has fallen short, a free Quit Kit through RiverStone Health may help you get back on track. The Quit Kits, available through mid-March, provide a few simple items to distract you from smoking or chewing tobacco.

You can ask your dentist about a Quit Kit, or get one by calling Maia Dickerson, a Tobacco Prevention Specialist at RiverStone Health, at 651-6403. One kit is for smokers, the other is for smokeless tobacco. The Spit Quit Kit comes with a sample of tobacco-free, nicotine-free chew.
