My favorite on the list right now? The Nail Institute in Billings has a Shellac Mani & Pedi package. It is a years worth of mani's and pedi's for only $220. Think about it. A mani at most other places in town can run you $35 dollars and a pedi can run you $40-$50. The place I used to go was $100 for both a mani & pedi with shellac. If I got that once a month then that is $1,200 a year. OH. MY. GOSH. Why would I pay that when I can just pay $220.
