What Do We Call The Stuff We Find Around Snow Tires?

For our friends who recently endured this terrible weather - what the heck do you call that crap that builds up behind the tires?

You know, the stuff that with one well placed kick usually knocks it out from the wheel wells? Yeah....that STUFF!

Maybe there is no real name for it, but still, I ALWAYS get an uncontrollable urge to kick it off...and I do! Even on strangers vehicles in parking lots etc. Im not sure if someone would be pissed if they saw me do it... but the odd satisfaction of doing it outweighs my fear of getting caught.

How about "Snow Snot"? I don't know....what do we call this stuff?
