Chris Brown has been released from jail, L.A. Sheriff Deputy Tony Moore announced today. The troubled singer, who turned 25 last month, was released just after midnight on Monday, June 2, after being locked up since the middle of March.

Chris Brown was sentenced to another 131 days in jail on Friday after admitting in court that he violated his probation. In October, the R&B singer confessed to getting in a physical altercation with a man outside a hotel in Washington D.C. The trial for the Breezy's D.C. assault case begins in June.

Bad news for Chris Brown. Actually, make that really bad news for Breezy. The singer's assault trial has been pushed back and as a result, he will remain in jail until at least June.

This morning (April 21), Chris Brown's bodyguard was found guilty of misdemeanor assault after he punched a man in Washington D.C. back in October, TMZ reports. This verdict has triggered Brown's own trial for the D.C. assault case, as it was planned that his bodyguard can now testify in Brown's case.
