The state of Florida is a punchline for many, given the state's run-ins with bath salts, fans who leave NBA Finals games early and all kinds of other shenanigans. Therefore, it's only fitting that Florida's three NFL teams are complete disasters, as well. Among the Jaguars, Dolphins, and Buccaneers, which is the biggest disaster?

Miami looked like the class of this trio early in the season, winning three straight games to start the 2013 campaign. What's followed has been nothing short of catastrophic. In addition to losing five of their last six games, they have been rocked by the Richie Incognito bullying scandal, which has cost them two starting offensive linemen and may spell the end of Joe Philbin's tenure in Miami.

Everyone expected Jacksonville to be bad, but their level of incompetence has surpassed even the most harsh predictions. Chad Henne and Blaine Gabbert have combined for four touchdown passes in nine games and, despite having the dynamic Maurice Jones-Drew, the Jags are rushing for a mere 65 yards per game.

Then there is Tampa Bay. Led by Greg Schiano, whom players have compared playing under to living in Cuba, the Bucs are not only bad, they are sore losers, as well. In addition, they've had to endure a health crisis that's plagued several players.
