Production on the much-anticipated 'Fifty Shades of Grey' film just wrapped. Already, impatient fans and the media want to know if there will be a sequel and just how loyal the film will remain to its source material -- the mega popular book!

According to producer Dana Brunetti, who is also the boyfriend of Kristin Chenoweth, the film will be a blazing hot topic a year from now, when it hits the multiplex. But he can't comment on sequels since this film isn't even edited or done and that's the priority.

"I have no idea," Brunetti said while on the red carpet at the 2014 Oscars about the notion of a sequel or even a trilogy. "I have no idea yet. We haven't even started discussing that yet. We just want to get this one wrapped and get it cut. We'll see the cut, see how it goes, and once it's released, we'll start discussing what happens next."

The film lands in theaters on Feb. 15 of next year – just in time for Valentine's Day.

Okay, fair enough. The film producers need to perfect this film and have it in the can before they can start thinking that far ahead. This is not a 'The Hunger Games' or 'Twilight'-style franchise, where multiple installments are filmed at once. But nothing can quell fan excitement for this movie!

Brunetti also said that author E.L. James was on set daily as her phenom book was translated to its film version, saying, "She was very hands-on. To have the author there definitely makes it pretty faithful."

So there you have it! Expect the film to adhere closely to the book.

The film will star newcomer Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele to Jamie Dornan's Christian Grey. Anyone who knows anything about the book is aware of the dominant-submissive relationship upon which the two embark. Fans, of which there are many, can't wait to see how things play out in film form.
