Working out-Why I Think It Sucks
My New Years resolution is like most. To get fit, get healthy, and in shape. How am I doing with it so far? Horrible. I think working out sucks!
I did pretty good last week. I kept active all week. I ran on the treadmill twice. Once for 2.5 miles even! I spent about 4 hours cleaning one day as well. I mean, come on. I was being active. I was up, moving, lifting heavy stuff.
This week? A complete bust. I have stayed a bit busy, but I couldn’t bring myself to hit that darn treadmill. I hate the normal pain that comes with working out. I just, absolutely hate it! I’ve never been good at working out.
I’ve never been good at eating super healthy too. However, I do like to eat home cooked meals more than eating out. I have been doing that a lot lately. Which is the only highlight of my so called “New Year’s Resolution”.
I’m hoping that next weeks workouts will go better. I’m not really down any weight yet(big surprise, right?), but I know I need to lose at least 20 lbs.. and I am bound and determined to do it this year!
