A Dry Halloween For Billings

Could you ask for any better weather for Halloween?! I mean, it isn't what we had on Saturday but I will take a little wind and 50 degrees over rain, snow, cold, hail, etc....

The forecast currently reads 49 degrees, sunny and wind. Later in the evening it will drop into the low 40s. I think that that is just about as good as it gets unless you live in San Diego or Miami! So, for all of you heading out tonight, I think a light jacket will do the trick... or treat? Happy Halloween!
