Ariana Grande may be taking this whole "Dangerous Woman" thing a little too far. The pop princess appeared on Alan Carr: Chatty Man on March 31 for a promotional interview, where the diva shared a tale about how she almost died while on tour. And as she insists in the clip, she was "not exaggerating."

After curling up on Carr's couch in her heart-print onesie pajamas — the talkshow host and pop star threw a slumber party, complete with nail-painting and iced beverages — Grande and the Chatty Man decided to play a game of "Chat Roulette" with the show's other guests. While playing and selecting the category of "Stage Mishaps," the singer revealed that she was nearly crushed to death during a stage malfunction while on her Honeymoon Tour.

“Opening night of my Honeymoon Tour I almost died,” the pop star revealed, according to E! News. “For real, I’m not exaggerating. I usually exaggerate, but I’m not. You know how they have those toaster things where people come up from the stage and you pop up? Something happened with mine and I was singing the beginning of ‘Love Me Harder’ and I was going up on the thing, and long story short, the thing I was standing on had this wooden plank and it snapped!”

She added that as the "toaster thing" was still elevating her to the stage that she was being crushed between the two, and that it was her guitarist who helped her climb to safety. "It was some Indiana Jones s***, and it was really scary."

Thankfully, the world did not lose Ariana Grande on that fateful day, which is good, because quite frankly I couldn't live without her insanely spot-on celebrity impressions.
