Avicii Found Dead At 28

Swedish-Born producer and DJ was found dead in Oman. He was only 28 years old. He had many big hits including "Wake Me Up", "The Days", and "You Make Me." Just days before his death he was nominated for a Billboard Music Award for top dance/electronic album for his EP Avicii (01). In the past he had won two MTV Awards and earned two Grammy nominations. The kid was going places for sure.

He has been struggling with acute pancreatitis from excessive drinking for awhile. This is really sad news in the music world for sure. He started producing when he was only 16 and started touring when he was 18. The kid had been in the game for awhile. I know I am not the only one who will be sad when you hear his songs.
