Beartooth Highway is Open For The Season {Video}

Yes! The Montana Department of Transportation should get a medal for their timely deadline! The snowdrifts were up to 40 feet in some places yet crews were able to get the pass open for the Memorial Weekend.

If you are planning on driving the highway just remember that although it is sunny and 70 degrees here in Billings, there is still winter conditions like snow up there. Be careful to watch for wet and icy spots as there is still some scattered snow.
