Who doesn't love some good old fashioned barbeque? Whether the scenario calls for brisket, ribs or pulled pork, BBQ is always a great choice.

Here in Montana we have a litany of pretty fantastic BBQ places to choose from but the real question is, which one is the best? Luckily, we might have that answer and it's not to far from Bozeman.

According to Noteabley, the best BBQ restaurant in Montana is actually just about forty minutes away in Emigrant, Montana at Follow Yer' Nose BBQ and we can say for a fact, that this is a fantastic and delicious choice. Follow Yer' Nose BBQ has fantastic burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork and their baked beans are incredible. Sometimes during the summer they have a trailer they will bring to Bozeman and serve up some of their tasty treats so you don't have to travel as far. Follow Yer' Nose BBQ is definitely worth the drive though.

If you aren't looking to travel that far you can always go to Smoke, Fire and Coal in Downtown Bozeman. They just recently opened and even they they focus on comfort food, their BBQ is immaculate. From brisket to ribs they have everything a BBQ enthusiast will love and keep coming back for. Plus, their in house chorizo is fantastic as well.

I also have to put on an honorable mention list Piggyback BBQ in Whitefish, Montana and Notorious P.I.G.(possibly the best name ever for a BBQ restaurant) in Missoula, Montana.
