I can definitely speak to the amount of donations that the West end store receives. I have to drive past that Goodwill when I go to my husbands office and just a few days ago there were donations everywhere outside at the drop-off area. Which, isn't necessarily a bad thing but I was thinking to myself how in the world are they going to fit all of that into this Goodwill?!

KBUL Newsroom - Billings will be home to a second Goodwill Store, coming to the Heights. According to spokesperson Chelle Fried of Easter Seals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Incorporated, the high level of donations at the nonprofit’s Billings store on South 29th St. showed the need for the non-profit charitable organization to expand.
