The coronavirus has gotten a lot of people interested in gardening, raising chickens, butchering, canning and other old-school skills that our parents and grandparents knew how to do, back before grocery stores were on every street.  I wrote a while back about some of the most popular/easiest to grow in Billings vegetables (HERE). "But Michael", you say, "I can't handle a big ridiculous garden. I don't have time or room for that crap." No problem, I understand. How about we start with something really easy, like an herb garden.

I got this cute little herb garden kit for my birthday. It contains seeds and everything you need to grow four popular herbs: parsley, basil, chives, and cilantro. After looking at the kit sitting on my counter for a month, I finally got around to planting the seeds a couple of weeks ago. It was really easy and pretty fun. Check it out.
