Happy National Taco Day – Did Someone Say Queso?

These national holidays are too fun but my FAVORITE national holiday of all time is National Taco Day and today just happens to be it!! I don't even care what it is... Beef, chicken, shrimp. Okay, I actually really like shrimp tacos. My current obsession, Cafe Rio's coconut shrimp. They only offer it on Saturday's and that is disappointing because I would order them any day!

Favorite taco places in Billings? Cafe Rio, of course. Don Lois in downtown Billings and if I needed to drive all the way to Red Lodge, I would because Mas Tacos has the most bomb street tacos. I know I have talked about tacos a lot before but I just needed to make sure I paid homage to this special day! So, skip whatever it is you were going to eat for dinner and go grab some tacos!
