I understand that people make mistakes and if she had a clean record then the punishment will obviously be less.... But I have to ask the question - if it was anyone else, just a random guy or gal, would the punishment have been as small? Just sayin.....

KCTR Newsroom - Billings attorney Michele Lynn Braukmann, convicted of driving drunk with children in the car was sentenced to one year of supervision by Yellowstone County District Court Judge Gregory Todd on one count of criminal child endangerment and one count of aggravated driving while under the influence. Braukmann will also be required to pay a $2,000 fine.
