I do not own a smart speaker like an Amazon Echo or Google Home, but I have friends who have them, and they absolutely love them. Since Amazon launched their line of smart speakers, they have also partnered up with appliances, cars and other products to make life convenient for its users. Now, they are getting in the holiday spirit with the release of their artificial Christmas tree that is compatible with Alexa.

Good Morning America reported yesterday on their show, that they are releasing a 7 foot tall, artificial, douglas fir tree that comes pre-lit and once you say those magic words that start with "Alexa," it will turn on and off and even change colors. Set up is easy, just as easy as a regular artificial tree that you can buy at Michaels or Home Depot, and there are no bulky cords.

The tree, named Mr. Christmas will be available beginning November 15th.
