RuPaul will sashay into the NBC studios for the first time as the host of the popular program, Saturday Night Live.

NBC just announced that the iconic performer will host the show on February 8th. This marks the first time that the recording artist, actor and drag superstar will host the show in her career.

RuPaul will be joined by Justin Bieber on the show. Bieber will appear as the show's music performer that night.

RuPaul last appeared on Saturday Night Live in 1993 during a sketch. That episode was hosted by Charles Barkley.

The year 2020 marks a VERY busy year for the 59-year-old icon. RuPaul's popular Netflix series, AJ and the Queen premiered on Netflix on January 10.

And, of course, RuPaul is the host (and creator) of the popular series, RuPaul's Drag Race. The show, which has helped raise the fame of queens like Bianca Del Rio, has been renewed for a twelfth season on VH1. Plus, VH1 announced plans for a fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race: All-Stars and a Celebrity Drag Race.

You can watch the episode on Saturday, February 8 at 11:30 pm on NBC.
