Sandy’s Burgers vs. Birthday Cake

Here at work, we typically celebrate birthdays with some cake in the conference room. I'm not big on celebrating my birthday so I requested that we skip the whole thing...no cake, no song. However, our business manager, Heather, doesn't care about my wishes and decided to do something anyway.

She made good on her "no cake" promise and did something amazing. She bought a big pile of Sandy's cheeseburgers; one for each year (yep..that's a big pile). I just want to publicly declare that this is my new birthday tradition. No more cakes. No more candles. Just a big sack full of heart stopping Sandy's cheeseburgers. Sure, I might have less birthdays because of this, but is it worth it? Yes. Yes it is.
