I will say this, whoever snowplows roads like these all the time during the winter, you are all true heroes because I would be freaking out the whole time.

With the weather warming up in Montana more and more places that aren't usually accessible by motor vehicles during that time are slowly opening up. The biggest places that are opening up are spots in Montana's national parks. One of the most scenic spots not only in Glacier National Park in northwest Montana but in all of America has a stretch of highway called Going to the Sun Road and we got a video from Saturday of a bulldozer plowing the road and let's just say it's not for the faint of heart.

As you can see from the video, there is not only a ton of snow that will take several days to clear out but that steep cliffside is giving me all the anxiety in the world. I would be freaking out the entire time plowing this road but you can tell whoever is doing the plowing has nerves of steel and has done this many times before.

Glacier National Park is one of the underrated parks in the nation, they have a storied history, great hikes and majestic scenery. When I was growing up in western Montana I was lucky because we would go every year and it was always breathtaking.

We should all give thanks to these brave people who plow the snow away in places that would scare the death out of most of us. Thank you.
