Shooting In The Rimrock Mall Parking Lot

Over the weekend shots were fired in the Rimrock Mall parking lot in Billings. A civilian attempted to stop a couple shoplifters and shots were fired at the tires in an attempt to stop the vehicle from leaving. Click HERE for video and full news report from KULR.
