One of the challengers taking on an incumbent in the hotly contested school board races in Billings, Montana is now up by just one vote. This, after provisional ballots were counted at the Yellowstone County Courthouse.

The bottom line: Quentin Rhoades says the latest count included two additional boxes of votes that were not provided to them when they conducted their audit. Here's some of the basic questions he is now asking. Specifically, he wants to see the chain of custody documents. Full audio.

According to the Montana Secretary of State's office, two noncitizens have been arrested for illegally voting in a Montana election. Montana Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen says the charges stem from a 2021 municipal election in Dodson, Montana.
