This Viral Video Just Exposed How Panera Makes Their Mac-n-Cheese

Let me start by saying two things.

1. I love Panera mac-n-cheese
2. I've heard in the past it comes from a bag

However, I never really let that second fact affect the first fact. And it turns out that's because I've never actually SEEN it in the bag.

Someone on the app Tik Tok made a post titled "exposing panera". Here is it from Today -

Yeah, so sorry if that ruined your day or appetite. But it really doesn't surprise me THAT much. They're a restaurant mass producing meals every day, they've got to smart and efficient.

But if I'm being honest, I might not get mac from Panera for a while. I've got to let my stomach process this video.
